Shipping Within the U.S.
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow and explore future shipping options.
Fee
We offer $9 flat rate shipping to the United States.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your order to be delivered. If your order hasn’t arrived after this timeframe, feel free to reach out to us at info@justnegel.com with your order number—we’ll be glad to assist.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement. To begin the process:
- Contact us at info@justnegel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item(s).
- Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label.
- The item must be returned in the condition it was received to be eligible for a replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or resend orders that are lost or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or issues beyond USPS control.

Delivery and Pickup
Local Delivery (Within 15 Miles)
We offer local hand delivery within 15 miles of our studio.
- $35 minimum required for delivery
- $12 delivery fee on orders $35–$49.99
- FREE delivery on orders $100+
Delivery Days: Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Delivery Time Window: 12 PM – 8 PM
Orders placed before 12 PM may qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.
Studio Pickup (Free)
Free pickup on all orders.
Orders are ready within 4–24 hours.
Pickup Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 4 PM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 12 PM – 6 PM
You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Order placed Wednesday at 10 AM → Delivered Wednesday or Friday
Order placed Wednesday at 3 PM → Delivered Friday
Order placed Friday at 11 AM → Delivered Friday or Saturday
Order placed Saturday at 4 PM → Delivered Wednesday
Order placed Monday → Delivered Wednesday

Order placed Tuesday at 11 AM → Ready Tuesday after 4 PM
Order placed Tuesday at 6 PM → Ready Wednesday after 4 PM
Order placed Saturday at 10 AM → Ready Saturday after 12 PM
