Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, all sales are final. This includes gift cards. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement. To begin the process:

Include clear photos of the damaged item(s).

Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label.

The item must be returned in the condition it was received to be eligible for a replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or resend orders that are lost or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or issues beyond the postal services' control.
